Founding Member Ralph Feil has helped to guide the growth
and success of the firm for over 32 years. His ethical
standards and the respect of his peers are reflected
in his service as an instructor in Legal Ethics for
the Virginia State Bar, in his service on the Seventh
District Disciplinary Committee, and in the leadership
positions he has been asked to assume, both in the bar
and in civic organizations. While his major practice
focus is Family Law, in which he is qualified in the
Collaborative Law Process, other practice concentrations
include Corporate & Business, Real Property, Property
Owners Associations, Estate Planning & Administration,
and General Business Law, including litigation matters
in these areas.
