Mr. Franzén has a general practice, focusing
primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, domestic
relations and criminal defense. He represents commercial
developers and individual landowners in property and
other economic disputes, and small and large businesses
in contract and employment matters. He has substantial
experience advising clients in creditor's rights, as
well as in decedent estate litigation. Mr. Franzén
also represents clients in divorce, support, custody
and visitation cases, and is qualified in Collaborative
Law. Mr. Franzén is proud of his work defending
persons charged with crimes and traffic offenses, and
has extensive experience in both state and federal court.
