Richard Howard-Smith concentrates his practice in tax-motivated estate planning and administration, business entity formation and various business matters. His practice also includes expertise in business acquisitions, sales and mergers, charitable giving, nonprofit organizations and general business work. He began his law practice with Feil, Pettit & Williams in 1985, and has served as Managing Member of the firm since 1997.
