Don Long concentrates his practice in business and commercial transactions and commercial real estate. He has experience in the legal issues involved with the organization, operation and sale of businesses as well as with various intellectual property transactions, including licensing and trademarks. His commercial real estate experience includes real estate development and commercial lending. Mr. Long came to Feil, Pettit & Williams in 2001 after serving as General Counsel for Experient Technologies, LLC, a software company. He was an attorney with Woods, Rogers & Hazlegrove, PLC for four years before joining Experient.
