Page Williams is a native of Charlottesville and has
practiced law here since 1976, joining the firm in 1981.
He currently concentrates his practice in the real estate
and construction areas, including representation of
land developers, building project developers, residential
and commercial builders, subcontractors, lenders, investors
and individuals. His experience includes land development,
commercial and residential acquisition and sale transactions
with related financing, preparation of construction
contracts, bank loan and development documentation,
leasing and litigation, typically involving real estate
and construction issues. Mr. Williams also has had experience
in general commercial litigation and in the representation
of injured persons.
Mr. Williams has been active in leadership roles in civic and in local and statewide Bar matters as Vice-Chairman of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Director and counsel for a local volunteer rescue squad, Circuit Representative to the Virginia State Bar's governing body and as a representative to the Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar.
